As I was checking my daily dose of Facebook one day I found a posting that really got my attention. Let me share it with you:
FITNESS IN 100 Words (Crossfit):
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise, but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short & intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
Doesn’t that just make sense?
Just as so many people know what needs to be done to get keep your body healthy, don’t you think there is something people can do to keep their mind healthy? So I was thinking (which is scary), I know something that makes just as much sense!
SO, here it is….
LIFE IN 100 WORDS:
Listen to CD’s and Rascal Radio. Read the books from your LIFE subscription. Shut off TV and radio. Keep intake levels high to keep negative information out. Get with your support TEAM to make a list, contact, show the plan, follow through and rotate the pattern so you can go 10 levels in depth every 30 days. Get on the LIFE training system and attend every event that is possible. Listen to pack 1 thru 10 and go power player. 6 days per week mix these element in with any combination. Routine is the key, regularly learn and get free!!
NOW, doesn’t that just make sense?
